Microcast keeps one focused outcome inside 30 minutes, Webcast balances presentation and participation inside 60 minutes, and Deepcast gives complex workshops and technical discussions up to 120 minutes. They are not plans or delivery modes. Your plan decides which formats are included; an Event Pass adds one Webcast.

How long a webinar runs is separate from how people experience it. Live, replay, Evergreen, Simulive and standalone on-demand have different timing, source and access rules.

What does the platform connect?

What are Microcast, Webcast and Deepcast?
They describe the intended depth and duration of a live session. Microcast keeps one focused outcome inside 30 minutes, Webcast balances presentation and participation inside 60 minutes, and Deepcast gives workshops and technical discussions up to 120 minutes. They are not plans or delivery modes; your plan decides which ones are included.
Do the formats share one allowance?
Yes. A successful start uses one eligible allowance or one Event Pass, whichever format it is, even if the session ends early; a shorter session does not create extra credit. A cancelled, failed or never-started webinar releases its reservation.
What does an Event Pass add?
One Webcast with a 60-minute maximum and 100-attendee capacity selected by default on any plan. You may reduce either setting for that webinar, but cannot increase duration above 60 minutes or capacity above 100. Deepcast is not available through a pass, and a pass does not unlock a delivery mode your plan does not include.
How is a delivery mode different from a format?
A format is how long a webinar runs; a delivery mode is how people experience it. Live, replay, Evergreen, Simulive and standalone on-demand have different timing, source and access rules.
What is the difference between replay and on-demand?
Secure replay plays back a completed live session and needs a verified ready recording and current viewer eligibility; hosted replay is included on Run and Scale. Uploaded-source on-demand is a standalone experience an eligible viewer starts from an uploaded, verified recording.
Which delivery modes are available on my plan?
Live is available across the plans within their format and capacity limits. Secure replay is included on eligible paid plans and bounded Evergreen on eligible Scale plans.
