Questions

What we want to clarify first.

What does Pay as you use mean?
Pay as you use starts with a Start account: $0 platform fee and 1 included webinar up to 30 minutes and 50 attendees per rolling 30 days. If you need another webinar or one lasting more than 30 minutes, you can request a $40 Event Pass. Each pass adds one Webcast with a 60-minute maximum and 100-attendee capacity selected by default. You may reduce either setting for that webinar, but cannot increase either one. A pass is prepaid per event, not charged by minutes or viewers. Buying one does not turn Start into a paid subscription or add paid-plan benefits. Applicable taxes are additional.
What does Unlimited webinars mean?
Run includes 5 webinars and Scale includes 10 per rolling 30 days. Once you need more than your plan includes, buy a separate Event Pass for each additional eligible webinar: $35 on Run or $30 on Scale, plus applicable taxes. On both plans, each pass adds one Webcast with a 60-minute maximum and 100-attendee capacity selected by default. You may reduce either setting for that webinar, but cannot increase either one. You can request further passes, but Unlimited does not mean unlimited included webinars, simultaneous sessions, duration or audience capacity. Your account and scheduling limits still apply.
What does each Event Pass include?
One additional Webcast with a 60-minute maximum and 100-attendee capacity selected by default, including on Scale. You may reduce either setting for that webinar, but cannot increase duration above 60 minutes or capacity above 100. A pass does not inherit Scale's 120-minute or 200-attendee included-event limits. It must successfully start within 30 days of allocation. One successful start uses one pass. The pass does not upgrade your plan or add hosted replay to Start.
How much do passes cost on each plan?
Each Event Pass costs $40 on Start, $35 on Run or $30 on Scale, before applicable taxes. Sales confirms the plan-based rate and final total before payment. Buying a pass is optional; the included Start allowance remains free.
What is the difference between a webinar and a format?
A webinar is one event. When it successfully starts, it uses one included allowance or one Event Pass. Microcast (1 to 30 minutes), Webcast (1 to 60 minutes) and Deepcast (1 to 120 minutes) are formats: the length and depth you choose for that webinar. Formats are not separate plans or credits, and they share your plan's included webinar count. Start includes Microcast, Run adds Webcast, and Scale adds Deepcast. An Event Pass is always one Webcast.
What counts as one webinar in my plan?
One successful event start consumes one eligible webinar allowance or Event Pass, even if the session ends early. Microcast, Webcast and Deepcast share the plan's included webinar count; unused minutes do not become another webinar or credit. A cancelled, failed or never-started webinar releases its provisional reservation, subject to pass expiry.
Are attendee limits per webinar or across the month?
The displayed capacity applies to each webinar, not one pool shared across the month. An included Start webinar has a limit of 50, Run 100 and Scale 200. Every Event Pass starts at 100 attendees, irrespective of plan. You may choose a smaller capacity for that webinar, and the smaller value then applies. You cannot raise an Event Pass above 100 attendees.
Do registrations, live joins or replay views count toward attendee capacity?
Capacity is reserved when someone registers, including a registration awaiting approval. Cancelled and rejected registrations do not hold a place. The live room also has a capacity limit. Watching a replay is not a second registration or a separate monthly attendee charge; if a new viewer must register to access that replay, the registration can use one of that webinar’s places. Replay access also depends on the plan, ready media and viewer eligibility.
Are taxes included?
No. Paid prices are platform fees before applicable taxes. We confirm any applicable tax and the final total before payment. The included Start webinar allowance costs $0.
What does annual billing save?
Run costs $1,250 upfront for twelve months, equivalent to ten monthly platform fees. The last two months carry no additional platform fee. Compared with twelve $125 monthly payments, that saves $250 in platform fees. Annual billing does not change your rolling webinar allowance or the per-pass price. Applicable taxes are additional. Ask Sales for a Scale annual quote.
Can I cancel or receive a refund?
Annual fees are non-refundable. Cancelling or choosing not to renew does not return payment for unused months. A compliant account keeps access until its paid term ends. Verified billing errors and remedies required by law are handled separately. See the Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
What does Evergreen include on Scale?
Scale includes bounded Evergreen campaigns from a verified recording. Choose one scheduled run, an availability window, a fixed number of repeats, specific dates, an interval with a mandatory end date or recurring availability windows that stop on a mandatory final date. The schedule opens and closes access, and each admitted viewer starts independently from the beginning. This makes one proven session useful for product demonstrations, onboarding, recurring education and audiences in different time zones without pretending it is a recurring live broadcast or synchronized Simulive playback. Campaign use remains subject to Scale's allowance, source, capacity and access rules.
Which reporting and advanced features does each plan include?
Start includes account-level reporting totals and averages. Run adds account, workspace and webinar drill-down, secure replay, Simulive, uploaded-source on-demand, advanced audience analysis, transcript-based content tools and external connections. Scale extends those capabilities across multiple workspaces and programmes and adds bounded Evergreen campaigns. Reporting can connect registration, approval, attendance, watch time, questions, polls, chat, calls to action, resources and eligible recorded viewing. An Event Pass adds one eligible Webcast, not these account-level plan benefits.
Is cRUD Collab included in a cRUD Webinar plan?
No. cRUD Webinar and cRUD Collab are separate products. The plans and Event Passes on this page apply only to cRUD Webinar and do not provide cRUD Collab access. Explore the cRUD Collab page to understand the separate product.
