We build software that keeps work understandable.

The cRUD Company creates focused products for different kinds of shared work, guided by clarity, control and continuity.

Make complex collaborative work understandable, controllable and maintainable.

Our mission

The cRUD Company is a software product company. It builds focused products that bring clarity, control and continuity to complex collaborative workflows.

cRUD stands for Create, Read, Update and Delete, four fundamental operations for working with stored data. The name is a reminder to make complex work easier to understand, manage and carry forward.

The idea

Important work should not lose its context.

Teams do not work in isolated moments. A conversation leads to a decision; a decision changes what happens next. Yet the tools around that work often separate the people, the action and the reasoning. We build products that help those pieces stay connected.

cRUD Webinar brings the audience, the session and what follows into one webinar workflow. cRUD Collab addresses a different challenge: helping engineering teams work through problems together and retain the context behind their decisions. They are independent products, connected by the belief that useful software should make shared work easier to understand and carry forward.

How we work

Product first. Built for the work, not the demo.

We start with the full job a team is trying to do, including what happens before and after the visible moment. A product should make that work easier to understand and repeat, not merely collect features.

Our current focus is cRUD Webinar and cRUD Collab. Each solves a distinct problem and has its own product boundary, rather than being forced into a combined suite.

Shared work has preparation, participation, decisions and follow-through. We design for that continuity so people do not have to reconstruct the story between tools.

Product descriptions should match the work each product is intended to support. cRUD Webinar and cRUD Collab must remain clearly separated, with no implication that access to one product includes access to the other.

The products share a company, brand and selected principles. They have separate applications, customer journeys, product roadmaps and security boundaries.

Our approach

From a real problem to a useful product.

Understand the work

Find the point where people lose clarity, time or context across the whole workflow.

Define the boundary

Decide what the product should own, what it should connect to and who has authority.

Make complexity usable

Give teams a clear path through difficult decisions without hiding essential controls.

Test the real journey

Check the preparation, the moment of use, failure recovery and the next action.

Keep learning

Use evidence from the work to improve the product and preserve what matters.

The four operations

Create, Read, Update, Delete.

These are the data operations behind the name. For us, they are a useful way to talk about how software supports work across both products, not a list of product features.

Create

Begin with purpose

Give shared work a clear place to start, whether it is a business webinar or an engineering problem.

Read

Understand the context

Help people see the information, decisions and responsibilities connected to that work.

Update

Keep work current

Make changes understandable as a team prepares, collaborates and follows through.

Delete

Respect the end of a record

Design for appropriate retention and deletion, subject to the product's actual controls and legal obligations.

Commitments

What we hold ourselves to.

Be precise about availability

A plan entitlement, a working prototype and a released customer capability are different things.

Focus, taken seriously

Build for a defined job before widening the product's promise.

Evidence over assertion

If a number appears on this site, we can show where it came from.

Separate boundaries

Each product keeps its own application, infrastructure and security boundary.

The products

Two products. One philosophy.

They share The cRUD Company brand and product philosophy, but serve different work. cRUD Webinar supports business webinar operations. cRUD Collab supports collaborative engineering.

cRUD Webinar

A B2B webinar platform connecting audience decisions, live delivery, recorded experiences, insight and follow-up in one workflow.

cRUD Collab

An engineering collaboration product built around people, code, evidence and shared context. It helps software teams build, review and solve together without losing the reasoning behind the work.
