Your webinar. One connected workflow.

Plan, deliver and learn from every webinar in one place. Reach the right audience, choose live, replay, Evergreen, Simulive or on-demand delivery, then use reporting, transcripts and explainable insight to decide what comes next. Start with an included event or add Event Passes.

The operational problem

The live hour depends on work that starts earlier and continues later.

Audience selection, access, speaker preparation, delivery, recording and follow-up all belong to the same webinar. When that context is divided across tools, the team has to reconcile it before, during and after the session.

When webinar work is scattered
  • Audience access is managed apart from the session
  • Speaker preparation lives in separate threads
  • Invitations and reminders are coordinated by hand
  • The recording lands away from the webinar it came from
  • Reporting, transcripts and audience signals are pieced together afterwards
  • Each new webinar starts from scratch
What cRUD Webinar is designed for
  • Audience access set up with the webinar itself
  • Hosts and speakers prepared in the same workflow
  • Invitations, reminders and follow-up connected to the event
  • Recording connected to replay, Evergreen and on-demand use
  • Reporting and audience evidence turned into explainable next-step choices
  • Reusable setup for the next webinar

The full webinar journey

One event connects preparation, participation and the next action.

Before the session, the team defines the format, prepares speakers, decides access and communicates with the audience.

During and after it, attendance, engagement, recording, replay and transcript evidence stay connected so the team can understand what happened and decide what deserves attention.

What cRUD Webinar is

A webinar operating platform, not only a place to broadcast.

cRUD Webinar brings audience preparation, session operations, live and recorded delivery, reporting and content continuity into one browser-first workflow.

Choose the session length and eligible delivery mode that fit the work. Your plan or Event Pass determines the formats, capacity and benefits available to that webinar.

  • Prepare the webinar, speakers and audience access.
  • Run the session with production and engagement controls.
  • Keep recording, hosted replay, bounded Evergreen and on-demand access connected to the webinar.
  • Use reporting, explainable segments and human-approved activation to plan follow-up.

Where it fits

Keep the tools you need without losing the webinar's operating context.

Teams can already stream a session, send messages and manage customer records. The gap appears when the audience decision, live session, recording and follow-up must be understood together.

cRUD Webinar keeps the event record and its evidence connected, then uses governed integrations to move eligible outcomes into other systems.

How the workflow behaves

Automate the routine work. Keep people responsible for consequential action.

Use tags, registration rules, readiness checks, communications and delivery controls to keep the webinar moving through a known workflow.

Use attributable evidence and explainable recommendations to support the next decision. A person still reviews and approves invitations, audiences and external activation.

What remains after the session

A completed webinar becomes evidence and reusable content.

Verified recordings can support controlled replay, bounded Evergreen, Simulive and standalone on-demand experiences when source, plan and viewer rules allow them.

Captions, transcripts, chapters and reviewed derivatives help people revisit the session, while connected reporting helps the team compare outcomes and improve the next webinar.

Two ways to run your webinars

Pay as you use. Run unlimited webinars when you need to.

Use Start and buy individual Event Passes only when you need another webinar, or choose Run or Scale for a larger included allowance and lower pass prices.

Pay as you use

Start has a $0 platform fee and includes one 30-minute webinar per rolling 30 days. A $40 Event Pass adds one Webcast with 60 minutes and 100 attendees selected by default. You may reduce either limit for that webinar, but cannot increase either one.

Explore Pay as You Use

Unlimited webinars

Run and Scale include 5 or 10 webinars per rolling 30 days. Keep adding eligible webinars with separately purchased passes at $35 on Run or $30 on Scale.

Choose the shape of your live session

The right length for the work.

Microcast, Webcast and Deepcast describe the depth and duration of a live webinar, not separate plans or delivery modes. Choose the format your session needs; your plan or Event Pass determines which options you can use.

Microcast · 1-30 minutes

For focused product demonstrations, release updates, concise expert briefings, office hours and single-topic education. A smaller time commitment keeps one outcome and one next action in focus. Included on Start, Run and Scale.

Webcast · 1-60 minutes

For thought leadership, customer education, panels, partner sessions and presentation-plus-Q&A. It balances meaningful depth with a familiar webinar format. Included on Run and Scale; a Start Event Pass adds one eligible Webcast.

Deepcast · 1-120 minutes

For workshops, roundtables, technical deep dives, training and multi-speaker working sessions. It gives complex topics room for practical exercises and several viewpoints. Included on Scale.

The work the platform keeps connected

Six capability areas around one webinar record.

Each area supports a different part of the lifecycle. Together they keep preparation, delivery, content and evidence attached to the same session.

Audience and admission

Define registration, approval, capacity and entry rules, then retain the audience evidence connected to those decisions.

Communication

Keep invitations, confirmations, reminders and eligible follow-up attached to the webinar they support.

Speaker and team readiness

Prepare hosts, speakers, responsibilities and readiness checks before the audience enters the session.

Live production

Run the eligible session with backstage preparation, role-based controls and audience participation in one operating context.

Recorded experiences

Use a verified source for controlled replay, bounded Evergreen, Simulive or standalone on-demand when eligibility allows.

Reporting and next action

Connect registration, attendance, engagement and eligible viewing to explainable reporting and a human-approved next step.

How the workflow connects

From preparation to the next conversation.

The webinar stays at the centre of the work before, during and after the live session.

Prepare

Set up the webinar, its format and the people presenting it.

Invite

Arrange audience access through the registration or import options on your plan.

Run

Bring hosts, speakers and attendees into the live session.

Keep

Keep a verified recording connected to replay, Evergreen and other eligible content experiences.

Follow up

Review attendance, engagement and content evidence to inform the team's next action.

Questions

What webinar teams want to know.

What is cRUD Webinar designed for?
cRUD Webinar is for B2B teams planning, delivering and learning from business webinars. It connects audience preparation, live and recorded experiences, governed first-party insight and follow-up in one operating workflow.
Can I use it for an occasional webinar?
Yes. You can start without a paid subscription. Start includes one webinar up to 30 minutes per rolling 30 days. An optional $40 Event Pass adds one Webcast with a 60-minute maximum and 100-attendee capacity selected by default, before applicable taxes. You may reduce either setting for that webinar, but cannot increase either one. It does not add the other paid-plan benefits.
How does Pay as you use work on Start?
Start has no platform subscription fee and includes one webinar up to 30 minutes and 50 attendees per rolling 30 days. For another webinar, or a session longer than 30 minutes, you can request a $40 Event Pass. Each prepaid pass adds one Webcast with a 60-minute maximum and 100-attendee capacity selected by default. You may reduce either setting for that webinar, but cannot increase either one. You pay for the passes you choose, not by minute or viewer; taxes are additional. A pass does not upgrade your Start account or add hosted replay.
What does Unlimited webinars mean on Run and Scale?
Run is for regular webinars: $125 per month or $1,250 upfront for twelve months, with five included webinars per rolling 30 days. Scale has ten included webinars per rolling 30 days; contact Sales for its subscription price. If you need more, additional Event Passes cost $35 on Run or $30 on Scale, plus applicable taxes. Each pass adds one eligible Webcast with a 60-minute maximum and 100-attendee capacity selected by default. Either limit may be reduced for that webinar, but neither may be increased. Unlimited means you can keep adding separately paid passes, not that every webinar is included in the subscription or that event and account limits disappear.
How do live, replay, Evergreen, Simulive and on-demand differ?
Live brings presenters and attendees together at the same time. Secure replay lets eligible viewers revisit a completed live webinar. Evergreen turns one verified recording into a scheduled run, an availability window, fixed repeats, specific dates, an interval with an end date or recurring availability windows that stop on a final date; every viewer starts independently. Simulive uses one synchronized recording with a live team and live-style participation. Standalone on-demand lets an eligible viewer start an uploaded recording when they choose.
How do tags, reporting and audience insight work together?
Tags organise webinars and make them easier to find. Reporting connects registration, attendance, watch time, engagement and eligible recorded viewing across webinars. Explainable segments and recommendations retain their source evidence; consent and suppression rules take priority, and invitations need human approval. Explore reporting and audience insight.
What do captions, transcripts and AI assistance do?
Captions and transcripts help people access and revisit a session. Transcript-based summaries, chapters, highlights, search and draft follow-up help a team work with the content, with human review before use. AI output does not become the authority for attendance, consent, commercial access or the source recording. Plan eligibility and source readiness still apply.
